Order information: billing and shipping address, phone number, purchased items and payment status. Card and payment details are processed directly by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.

Usage information: pages viewed, products browsed, device and browser type, and cookies used to keep you signed in and remember your cart and preferences.

How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account, including authenticating you through Google or Facebook social login.

To process and deliver your orders, handle size exchanges and custom fitting requests, and provide customer support.

To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) and, where you have opted in, marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time.

To improve and secure the Site, prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations.

Google API & Social Login Data Disclosure

When you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, we request access only to your basic profile information (name, email address and profile picture).

Purpose: We use this information solely to identify you, create and authenticate your customer account on Anne - Sophie, manage your shopping cart and orders, and send order notifications.

Google User Data & Limited Use Policy: Anne - Sophie's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, nor do we use your data for serving advertisements or training AI models.

Access Revocation: We never post to your social accounts and never access your contacts or private files. You can review and revoke Anne - Sophie's access at any time via your Google Account Permissions (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or Facebook Settings.

How We Share Information
