Anne - Sophie respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal information, including data obtained through Google or Facebook social login.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account and personal data, send an email to clientcare@annesophie.vn from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Alternatively, if you are signed in, you can go to your Account settings and use the account deletion option, or contact our customer care team who will process your request.
What Happens Next
We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and associated personal information within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain for legal, accounting or tax purposes.
Once deletion is complete, we will confirm by email. After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in, and any data obtained via Google or Facebook login will be removed from our systems.
Revoking Social Login Access
You can also revoke this app’s access directly from your Google Account security settings or your Facebook "Apps and Websites" settings at any time.
